During a few short weeks each spring, those of us living in Kingstree find ourselves in a floral wonderland, surrounded by blooming azaleas, dogwoods, wisteria, and other flowers of the season. Linda, I can remember when I was trusted to cross Hwy 52 and walk to school. Academy Street was ablaze with color. I was thinking that is something that I miss, and here you went and brought my memory back. Including the time Bobby's dog Baron BIT me on the way to school, but he and i have a good laugh about it whenever we see each other.
